Guidelines
- Shifting the existing institute premises requires prior approval from Learnovation.

- Approval is valid only for the specified premises.
- Courses offered by Learnovation in the institution must be full-time.
- If the management intends to run part-time courses, special permission must be obtained from the Learnovation Programme Office, Chennai, India.
The following titles are not allowed in the institute’s name:
- College
- Community
- Community College
- Engineering
- Engineering Technology
- Nursing
- Teacher Training
- Technology
- Vocational College
- Paramedical
Basic Criteria
- Classrooms and practical workshops should be in an R.C. building or a building with an asbestos roof and must have adequate space.
- Institutes offering other certificate, diploma, or degree courses should not merge these with Learnovation courses when awarding certificates.
- Adequate toilet and urinal/water facilities must be provided.
- Proper and adequate ventilation and lighting must be ensured for both theory and practical classrooms.
- Any advertisement using the Government of India Emblem or providing false information to the public without Learnovation's consent is punishable and will lead to the cancellation of the institute's approval.
- Learnovation does not guarantee government jobs for its courses.
