Guidelines and Agreements
- The Academic Year spans from June 1 to May 31 annually.
- Student registrations must be promptly completed upon admission using the provided form by LEARNOVATION.
- Examination applications should be submitted three months prior to course completion through the provided form by LEARNOVATION.
- ATC registration validity expires on May 31 of each academic year. Renewal must be completed annually using the designated form provided by LEARNOVATION.
- All fees must be remitted in Cash/Cheque/Demand Draft payable to LEARNOVATION.
- Any changes to the ATC's name or address must be communicated to LEARNOVATION promptly, followed by an inspection.
- ATCs are strictly prohibited from offering courses not approved by LEARNOVATION.
- ATCs are obligated to adhere strictly to LEARNOVATION's prescribed syllabus and timetable schedule.
- ATCs must maintain unique status, not sharing infrastructure, tools, or staff with other affiliated institutions.
- Fees paid to LEARNOVATION are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Prior approval is required from LEARNOVATION for any form of display or advertisement.
- ATCs are prohibited from providing false information to students or the public. Any such activity may result in recognition cancellation without prior notice; LEARNOVATION bears no responsibility for related legal actions.
- ATC Center Head or office bearers must have no involvement in criminal cases, and no cases pending against them.
- ATCs commit to verifying and certifying candidate forms forwarded to LEARNOVATION for eligibility.
- ATCs will not admit students with fake information regarding certification validity or approval, ensuring transparent representation.
- Students will only be presented for examination after receiving proper theoretical and practical training by qualified faculty.
- ATCs acknowledge LEARNOVATION as a non-profit, non-governmental educational organization, refraining from misrepresenting it as a government entity or its courses as government-issued.
- Inaccurate or incomplete information furnished by ATCs may lead to derecognition and potential legal action.
- ATCs agree to abide by LEARNOVATION's rules, regulations, and decisions.
- LEARNOVATION reserves the right to reject applications without explanation; ATCs waive the right to legally contest such decisions.
- ATCs are prohibited from collecting additional fees on behalf of LEARNOVATION beyond prescribed assessment fees, excluding training/course fees.
